The On Blog is a place for some of my random chatter.  Different day, different topic… though there might be a fair bit about Ruby… and Rails… and maybe some ActiveRecord thrown in there every now and then.  If you like what you see here, you can see more of my work over on my github page.

My name is Les Fletcher.  I grew up in Texas and Kansas and am currently living in Palo Alto, CA.  I received a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from Harvey Mudd College in 2004 and a MS in Computational Mathematics from Stanford University in 2006.  Worked at a few companies, all involving the social side of the internet since I graduated and am currently loving life at Blippy.
